Ordering and comparing numbers. Rounding numbers. Roman numerals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Calculations \u2013<\/strong> Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, Factor pairs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fractions and Decimals \u2013<\/strong> Equivalent fractions. Add and subtract fractions. Writing fractions as decimals. Rounding decimals. Solving problems with fractions and decimals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Measurement <\/strong>\u2013 Units. Perimeter. Area. Money and time problems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Geometry<\/strong> \u2013 2D shapes. Angles. Coordinates<\/li>\n<li><strong>Statistics <\/strong>\u2013 Bar charts. Time graphs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(Detailed curriculum of the topics\u00a0will be available at the tuition centre.)<\/p>\n<p>Many of the Mathematics National Curriculum topics are ongoing topics throughout Primary school.\u00a0 Each topic will be assessed accordingly to their year level.<\/p>\n<p>Your child will be given a piece of homework to complete each week. \u00a0This will be a combination of both a\u00a0re-cap from the lesson and a random times table worksheet. \u00a0It will be a double sided A4 sheet and it is very important for your child to complete this on their own.
